INDIABULLS REAL EST Surges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 3.2%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 78.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,643 (up 3.2%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 5.0%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 8.6%).
UNITECH (down 4.8%) is among the top loser today.
Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved down from Rs 211 to Rs 78, registering a loss of Rs 134 (down 63.2%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,188 to 1,643, loss of 545 points (down 25.4%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were OMAXE LTD (up 5.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 34,301 (up 0.5%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BHARTI AIRTEL (up 7.9%), ASIAN PAINTS (up 4.2%) and INDUSIND BANK (up 3.3%). Other gainers include HDFC (up 2.9%) and HUL (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are TATA MOTORS and SBI.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,291 (up 0.9%). BHARTI AIRTEL (up 12.4%) and BAJAJ FINANCE (up 11.2%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 32,507 to 34,301, registering a gain of 1,794 points (up 4.6%).
INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...
INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit stood at Rs 869 million for the quarter ended June 2018, compared to a profit of Rs 854 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 61.4% to Rs 8.1 billion during the period as against Rs 21.0 billion in April-June 2017.
For the year ended March 2018, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 460.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.5 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 155.4% to Rs 59 billion during FY18.
The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 1.9x.
