In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,869 (up 0.5%). AXIS BANK (up 1.6%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 34,353 to 36,251, registering a gain of 1,898 points (up 5.4%).
PERSISTENT SYSTEMS net profit down at Rs 881 million for the quarter ended September 2018, compared to a loss of Rs 917 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 5.5% to Rs 8.4 billion during the period as against Rs 7.9 billion in July-September 2017.
For the year ended March 2018, PERSISTENT SYSTEMS reported 3.3% increase in net profit to Rs 3.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.1 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 5.4% to Rs 30 billion during FY18.

ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES share price has hit a 52-week high. It is presently trading at Rs 282. BSE 500 Index is up by 0.5% at 19,684. Within the BSE 500, ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES (up 5.3%) and NAVA BHARAT VENTURES (up 11.2%) are among the top gainers, while top losers are MAGMA FINCORP and RELIANCE POWER.
