SOBHA LIMITED Surges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.6%

SOBHA LIMITED share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 487.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,865 (up 0.6%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is SOBHA LIMITED (up 5.0%).
PHOENIX MILL (down 0.2%) and GODREJ PROPERTIES (down 0.6%) are among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, SOBHA LIMITED has moved down from Rs 582 to Rs 487, registering a loss of Rs 96 (down 16.7%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,669 to 1,865, loss of 804 points (down 30.3%) during the last 12 months.

SOBHA LIMITED Financial Update...
SOBHA LIMITED net profit stood at Rs 614 million for the quarter ended September 2018, compared to a profit of Rs 534 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 3.2% to Rs 6.7 billion during the period as against Rs 6.9 billion in July-September 2017.
For the year ended March 2018, SOBHA LIMITED reported 46.7% increase in net profit to Rs 2.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.5 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 24.1% to Rs 28 billion during FY18.
The current Price to earnings ratio of SOBHA LIMITED, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 19.8x.
