INDIABULLS REAL EST Surges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.3%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 104.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,950 (up 0.3%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 5.1%).

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE and OBEROI REALTY (down 0.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved down from Rs 209 to Rs 104, registering a loss of Rs 105 (down 50.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,400 to 1,950, loss of 450 points (down 18.9%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were SUNTECK REALTY (up 2.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 37,748 (down 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are YES BANK (up 3.5%), INFOSYS (up 1.3%) and BAJAJ FINANCE (up 1.3%). Other gainers include TCS (up 0.8%) and HERO MOTOCORP (up 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are YES BANK and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,333 (down 0.3%). ZEE ENTERTAINMENT (up 5.1%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 35,216 to 37,748, registering a gain of 2,532 points (up 7.0%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended March 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 43.3% to Rs 18.2 billion during the period as against Rs 12.7 billion in January-March 2018.

For the year ended March 2018, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 460.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.5 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 155.4% to Rs 59 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 9.8x.
