INDIABULLS REAL EST Surges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 1.4%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 123.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,103 (up 1.4%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 5.4%).

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved down from Rs 192 to Rs 123, registering a loss of Rs 68 (down 35.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,251 to 2,103, loss of 148 points (down 6.9%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were SUNTECK REALTY (up 21.8%), GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 11.4%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 9.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 39,813 (up 1.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are INDUSIND BANK (up 5.1%), SBI (up 3.8%) and YES BANK (up 3.1%). Other gainers include POWER GRID (up 2.9%) and HDFC (up 2.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are YES BANK and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,948 (up 1.8%). INDIABULLS HOU. FIN. (up 5.3%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 34,651 to 39,813, registering a gain of 5,162 points (up 14.8%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended March 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 43.3% to Rs 18.2 billion during the period as against Rs 12.7 billion in January-March 2018.

For the year ended March 2018, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 460.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.5 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 155.4% to Rs 59 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 11.6x.
