The BSE REALTY Index Down 2% ; OBEROI REALTY Among Top Losers

The BSE REALTY Index has plunged 2% to 2,030.

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today are OBEROI REALTY (down 6.5%), INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 5.2%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 4.0%). Other losers include SOBHA LIMITED (down 3.8%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 3.1%).

PHOENIX MILL (up 2.1%) is among the top gainer today.

In the meantime, the NIFTY REALTY has plunged 2.5% to 264.

The top losers in the NIFTY REALTY include HDIL (down 20.0%), LANCO INFRATECH (down 14.3%) and GAMMON INFRA (down 14.3%). Other losers include BSEL INFRASTRUCTURE (down 8.7%) and PATEL ENGG. (down 8.0%).

Over the last one year, the BSE REALTY Index has moved down from 2,149 to 2,030, loss of Rs 119 (down 5.5%).

The top losers among the BSE REALTY during this same period were INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 52.1%), MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 21.6%) and DLF (down 19.3%).

What about the Benchmark Indices?

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex has plunged 0.5% to 37,407.

Among the top gainers in the BSE Sensex today are HERO MOTOCORP (up 1.1%), INFOSYS (up 0.8%) and BAJAJ AUTO (up 0.6%). Other gainers include HUL (up 0.5%) and NTPC (up 0.4%).

The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are NTPC and INFOSYS.

In the meantime, the NSE Nifty is at 11,034 (down 0.7%).
