INDIABULLS REAL EST Plunges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 4.8%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 71.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,982 (down 4.8%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 5.1%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 5.5%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 1.7%) and OMAXE LTD (up 1.3%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved down from Rs 143 to Rs 71, registering a loss of Rs 72 (down 50.4%)..

The BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,118 to 1,982, loss of 136 points (down 6.4%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 25.7%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 18.4%) and PHOENIX MILL (up 2.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 37,088 (down 0.7%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TCS (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are AXIS BANK and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,908 (down 0.8%). BRITANNIA (up 3.3%) and TCS (up 1.9%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 38,286 to 37,088, registering a gain of -1,198 points (up -3.9%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended June 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 34.2% to Rs 8.4 billion during the period as against Rs 12.7 billion in April-June 2018.

For the year ended March 2018, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 460.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.5 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 155.4% to Rs 59 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 11.0x.
