ASHOKA BUILDCON Plunges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.1%

ASHOKA BUILDCON share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 103.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,988 (up 0.1%).
Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today is ASHOKA BUILDCON (down 5.0%).
PHOENIX MILL (up 1.5%) and OMAXE LTD (up 0.9%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, ASHOKA BUILDCON has moved down from Rs 106 to Rs 103, registering a loss of Rs 3 (down 3.2%)..
The BSE REALTY has moved up from 1,678 to 1,988, registering a gain of 310 points (up 18.5%) during the last 12 months.

The BSE Sensex is at 38,838 (up 0.4%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are YES BANK (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are TATA MOTORS and AXIS BANK.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,515 (up 0.4%). BPCL (up 5.9%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 36,526 to 38,838, registering a gain of 2,312 points (up 6.3%).
ASHOKA BUILDCON Financial Update...
ASHOKA BUILDCON net profit stood at Rs 647 million for the quarter ended June 2019, compared to a profit of Rs 622 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 17.7% to Rs 8.8 billion during the period as against Rs 10.7 billion in April-June 2018.
For the year ended March 2019, ASHOKA BUILDCON reported 111.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 209.0 million compared to net profit of Rs 1.8 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 36.8% to Rs 49 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of ASHOKA BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 9.5x.
