PRESTIGE ESTATES Plunges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 0.6%

PRESTIGE ESTATES share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 288.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,938 (down 0.6%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today is PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 5.2%).

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 1.9%) and PHOENIX MILL (up 1.3%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, PRESTIGE ESTATES has moved up from Rs 211 to Rs 288, registering a gain of Rs 77 (up 36.8%)..

The BSE REALTY has moved up from 1,678 to 1,938, registering a gain of 260 points (up 15.5%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 65.2%), PHOENIX MILL (up 35.3%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 28.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,400 (down 0.6%). CIPLA (up 2.2%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
