PHOENIX MILL at All Time High; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.9%

PHOENIX MILL share price has hit an all-time high at Rs 876 (up 0.6%).

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,352 (up 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today are PHOENIX MILL (up 0.6%) and GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 1.6%).

DLF (down 0.2%) is among the top loser today.

Over the last one year, PHOENIX MILL has moved up from Rs 577 to Rs 876, registering a gain of Rs 299 (up 51.9%).

The BSE REALTY has moved up from 1,862 to 2,352, registering a gain of 490 points (up 26.2%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were PHOENIX MILL (up 51.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 44.7%) and SUNTECK REALTY (up 32.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 41,648 (up 0.4%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are INFOSYS (up 1.3%), BHARTI AIRTEL (up 1.2%) and KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 1.1%). Other gainers include HDFC BANK (up 1.0%) and COAL INDIA (up 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are BHARTI AIRTEL and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 12,273 (up 0.3%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include DR. REDDYS LAB (up 1.7%), KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 1.3%) and HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.2%). Other gainers include COAL INDIA (up 1.2%) and BHARTI INFRATEL (up 1.2%).

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 36,213 to 41,648, registering a gain of 5,435 points (up 14.9%).

PHOENIX MILL Financial Update...

PHOENIX MILL net profit down at Rs 643 million for the quarter ended September 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 780 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 5.8% to Rs 4.2 billion during the period as against Rs 4.4 billion in July-September 2018.

For the year ended March 2018, PHOENIX MILL reported 11.2% increase in net profit to Rs 2.1 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.9 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 11.2% to Rs 16 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of PHOENIX MILL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 23.9x.
