HERCULES HOISTS share price has zoomed 20% and is presently trading at Rs 239.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 70,240.2 (down 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 1.1%) and Finolex Cables (up 0.6%).

ADANI GREEN ENERGY (down 3.4%) and ABB (down 2.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, HERCULES HOISTS has moved down from Rs 324.0 to Rs 239.6, registering a loss of Rs 84.4 (down 26.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 47,002.7 to 70,240.2, registering a gain of 49.4% during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,188.8 (down 1.2%). Hindalco and Trent are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 79,579.0, registering a gain of 14,620.3 points (up 22.5%).

HERCULES HOISTS Financial Update...

HERCULES HOISTS net profit grew 23.5% YoY to Rs 59 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 48 million a year ago. Net sales declined 7.1% to Rs 381 million during the period as against Rs 410 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, HERCULES HOISTS reported 65.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 360 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,033 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 19.1% to Rs 1,795 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HERCULES HOISTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.7.
