AXIS BANK net profit stood at Rs 18 billion for the quarter ended December 2019, compared to a profit of Rs 17 billion a year ago. Operating income rose 11.2% to Rs 157.1 billion during the period as against Rs 141.3 billion in October-December 2018.
For the year ended March 2019, AXIS BANK reported 987.7% increase in net profit to Rs 50.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 4.6 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 20.2% to Rs 560 billion during FY19.
