MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD Plunges by 10%; BSE 500 Index Down 7.0%

MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD share price has plunged 10% and is presently trading at Rs 350.
Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 10,739 (down 7.0%).
Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD (down 9.5%) and HONEYWELL AUTOMATION (down 8.9%).
D. B. CORP (up 5.6%) and MPHASIS (up 0.8%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD has moved down from Rs 452 to Rs 350, registering a loss of Rs 102 (down 22.6%)..
The BSE 500 has moved down from 15,069 to 10,739, loss of 4,330 points (down 28.7%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 227.7%), ABBOTT INDIA (up 79.1%) and J.B.CHEMICALS (up 50.9%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 8,099 (down 6.2%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 38,095 to 27,773, registering a loss of 10,322 points (down 29.41%).
MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD Financial Update...
MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD net profit down at Rs 10 million for the quarter ended December 2017, compared to a loss of Rs 805 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 85.6% to Rs 149.0 million during the period as against Rs 1.0 billion in October-December 2016.
For the year ended March 2018, MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD reported 19.2% increase in net profit to Rs 643.0 million compared to net loss of Rs 540.0 million during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 10.9% to Rs 16 billion during FY18.
The current Price to earnings ratio of MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 544.1x.
