On the other hand, the BSE FMCG has moved down from 11,596 to 9,344, loss of 2,252 points (down 19.8%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE FMCG Index stocks during this same period were TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS (up 44.7%), NESTLE (up 39.9%) and GSK CONSUMER (up 32.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are INDUSIND BANK (up 41.3%), AXIS BANK (up 19.6%) and ICICI BANK (up 11.6%). Other gainers include HDFC (up 9.9%) and BAJAJ AUTO (up 7.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are L&T and SBI.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 8,749 (up 4.7%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include INDUSIND BANK (up 42.1%), AXIS BANK (up 20.0%) and ICICI BANK (up 11.9%). Other gainers include HDFC (up 9.8%) and BAJAJ FINSERV (up 7.8%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 37,809 to 30,100, registering a loss of 7,709 points (down 20.76%).
MARICO net profit stood at Rs 3 billion for the quarter ended December 2019, compared to a profit of Rs 3 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 2.0% to Rs 18.2 billion during the period as against Rs 18.6 billion in October-December 2018.
For the year ended March 2018, MARICO reported 1.9% increase in net profit to Rs 8.3 billion compared to net profit of Rs 8.1 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 6.7% to Rs 63 billion during FY18.
