Over the last one year, NATCO PHARMA has moved up from Rs 563 to Rs 641, registering a gain of Rs 77 (up 13.6%).
On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE has moved up from 14,506 to 15,218, registering a gain of 712 points (up 4.7%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE Index stocks during this same period were ABBOTT INDIA (up 119.7%), IPCA LABS (up 62.4%) and ALKEM LABORATORIES (up 55.9%).
The BSE Sensex is at 31,400 (up 1.7%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are SUN PHARMA (up 4.3%), HUL (up 4.2%) and AXIS BANK (up 4.0%). Other gainers include L&T (up 3.7%) and INDUSIND BANK (up 3.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ICICI BANK.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 9,200 (up 2.2%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include UPL (up 9.5%), HINDALCO (up 5.1%) and SUN PHARMA (up 5.1%). Other gainers include BRITANNIA (up 4.9%) and HUL (up 4.6%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 38,906 to 31,400, registering a loss of 7,506 points (down 19.79%).
NATCO PHARMA net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended December 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 13.4% to Rs 4.8 billion during the period as against Rs 5.6 billion in October-December 2018.
For the year ended March 2019, NATCO PHARMA reported 7.6% decrease in net profit to Rs 6.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 7.0 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 4.9% to Rs 21 billion during FY19.
