RITES Surges by 6%; BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index Up 0.2%

RITES share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 249.
Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index is at 12,552 (up 0.2%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index today is RITES (up 5.6%).
KALPATARU POWER (down 0.1%) and L&T (down 0.2%) are among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, RITES has moved up from Rs 223 to Rs 249, registering a gain of Rs 26 (up 11.1%).
On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS has moved down from 20,011 to 12,552, loss of 7,459 points (down 37.6%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index stocks during this same period were HONEYWELL AUTOMATION (up 3.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 33,606 (up 0.7%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 4.7%), M&M (up 2.9%) and BAJAJ FINANCE (up 2.2%). Other gainers include HERO MOTOCORP (up 2.0%) and TATA STEEL (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK and INDUSIND BANK.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 9,918 (up 0.9%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 5.8%), M&M (up 3.0%) and TATA MOTORS (up 2.8%). Other gainers include HERO MOTOCORP (up 2.4%) and HINDALCO (up 2.4%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 40,268 to 33,606, registering a loss of 6,662 points (down 16.69%).
