PRISM JOHNSON Plunges by 5%; BSE 500 Index Down 1.9%

PRISM JOHNSON share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 45.
Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 13,178 (down 1.9%).
Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are PRISM JOHNSON (down 5.2%) and V-MART RETAIL (down 5.5%).
PVR LTD (up 5.4%) and GSK CONSUMER (up 5.1%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, PRISM JOHNSON has moved down from Rs 93 to Rs 45, registering a loss of Rs 48 (down 51.7%)..
The BSE 500 has moved down from 15,458 to 13,178, loss of 2,280 points (down 14.7%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 665.6%), NAVIN FLUORINE (up 111.3%) and DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 110.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 34,219 (down 2.0%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are INDUSIND BANK (up 4.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are INDUSIND BANK and POWER GRID.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,112 (down 2.0%). INDUSIND BANK (up 4.5%) and HERO MOTOCORP (up 0.8%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,785 to 34,219, registering a loss of 5,566 points (down 15.61%).
PRISM JOHNSON Financial Update...
PRISM JOHNSON net profit down at Rs 79 million for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 76 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 0.5% to Rs 13.7 billion during the period as against Rs 13.8 billion in January-March 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, PRISM JOHNSON reported 124.8% increase in net profit to Rs 1.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 518.0 million during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 9.8% to Rs 62 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of PRISM JOHNSON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 36.4x.
