ORACLE FINANCIAL Share Price Down by 6%; BSE IT Index Down 0.4%

ORACLE FINANCIAL share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 2,792.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT Index is at 14,667 (down 0.4%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT Index today is ORACLE FINANCIAL (down 5.6%).

FIRSTSOURCE SOL. (up 5.8%) and PERSISTENT SYSTEMS (up 2.8%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, ORACLE FINANCIAL has moved down from Rs 3,262 to Rs 2,792, registering a loss of Rs 471 (down 14.4%)..

The BSE IT has moved down from 15,988 to 14,667, loss of 1,321 points (down 8.3%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT Index stocks during this same period were INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 33.1%), L&T INFOTECH LTD (up 6.6%) and HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 4.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 34,848 (up 1.5%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BAJAJ FINANCE (up 6.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and RELIANCE IND..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,272 (up 1.5%). BAJAJ FINSERV (up 8.3%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,046 to 34,848, registering a loss of 4,198 points (down 11.08%).

ORACLE FINANCIAL Financial Update...

ORACLE FINANCIAL net profit down at Rs 3 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 5 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 8.9% to Rs 12.6 billion during the period as against Rs 11.6 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2017, ORACLE FINANCIAL reported 16.6% increase in net profit to Rs 12.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 10.7 billion during FY16.

Revenue of the company grew 7.1% to Rs 44 billion during FY17.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ORACLE FINANCIAL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 16.8x.
