BANDHAN BANK LTD Share Price Up by 5%; BSE BANKEX Index Up 1.1%

BANDHAN BANK LTD share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 328.
Meanwhile, the BSE BANKEX Index is at 24,995 (up 1.1%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE BANKEX Index today is BANDHAN BANK LTD (up 5.2%).
HDFC BANK (down 0.1%) and CITY UNION BANK (down 0.2%) are among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, BANDHAN BANK LTD has moved down from Rs 535 to Rs 328, registering a loss of Rs 207 (down 38.7%).
On the other hand, the BSE BANKEX has moved down from 34,403 to 24,995, loss of 9,408 points (down 27.4%) during the last 12 months.

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 35,235 (up 0.9%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are L&T (up 5.3%), INDUSIND BANK (up 4.8%) and NTPC (up 4.4%). Other gainers include HUL (up 2.8%) and POWER GRID (up 2.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ITC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,414 (up 0.9%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include L&T (up 5.5%), UPL (up 4.6%) and INDUSIND BANK (up 4.5%). Other gainers include HINDALCO (up 4.3%) and NTPC (up 4.1%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,123 to 35,235, registering a loss of 3,888 points (down 9.94%).
BANDHAN BANK LTD Financial Update...
BANDHAN BANK LTD net profit down at Rs 5 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 7 billion a year ago. Operating income rose 4.7% to Rs 28.5 billion during the period as against Rs 27.2 billion in January-March 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, BANDHAN BANK LTD reported 45.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 13.5 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 38.4% to Rs 66 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of BANDHAN BANK LTD, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 13.4x.
