SUNTECK REALTY Share Price Up by 11%; BSE REALTY Index Down 0.1%

SUNTECK REALTY share price has zoomed 11% and is presently trading at Rs 198.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,730 .

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is SUNTECK REALTY (up 10.6%).

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 0.5%) and DLF (down 0.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SUNTECK REALTY has moved down from Rs 419 to Rs 198, registering a loss of Rs 222 (down 52.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,100 to 1,730, loss of 370 points (down 18.5%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were OMAXE LTD (up 8.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 35,707 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ASIAN PAINTS (up 7.5%), ITC (up 3.6%) and TITAN (up 2.2%). Other gainers include BAJAJ AUTO (up 2.2%) and HDFC (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,553 (up 0.1%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include ASIAN PAINTS (up 7.3%), HERO MOTOCORP (up 4.3%) and TATA MOTORS (up 3.9%). Other gainers include ITC (up 3.6%) and BAJAJ AUTO (up 2.2%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,123 to 35,707, registering a loss of 3,416 points (down 9.29%).

SUNTECK REALTY Financial Update...

SUNTECK REALTY net profit down at Rs 339 million for the quarter ended December 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 513 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 0.4% to Rs 1.9 billion during the period as against Rs 1.9 billion in October-December 2018.

For the year ended March 2019, SUNTECK REALTY reported 4.9% increase in net profit to Rs 2.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 2.3 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 3.5% to Rs 9 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SUNTECK REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 17.4x.
