RATNAMANI METALS Share Price Up by 7%; BSE METAL Index Down 0.7%

RATNAMANI METALS share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 1,116.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL Index is at 7,369 (down 0.7%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE METAL Index today is RATNAMANI METALS (up 7.1%).

NMDC LTD (down 0.1%) and NALCO (down 0.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, RATNAMANI METALS has moved up from Rs 970 to Rs 1,116, registering a gain of Rs 146 (up 15.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL has moved down from 11,264 to 7,369, loss of 3,895 points (down 34.9%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE METAL Index stocks during this same period were JINDAL STEEL & POWER (up 1.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 34,952 (down 0.8%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ITC (up 3.6%), NTPC (up 1.0%) and NESTLE (up 0.1%). Other gainer include ASIAN PAINTS (up 0.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are NESTLE and ASIAN PAINTS.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,326 (down 0.7%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include ITC (up 2.1%), M&M (up 1.5%) and BHARTI INFRATEL (up 1.4%). Other gainers include IOC (up 1.3%) and CIPLA (up 0.6%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,592 to 34,952, registering a loss of 4,640 points (down 11.88%).

RATNAMANI METALS Financial Update...

RATNAMANI METALS net profit down at Rs 673 million for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 1 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 16.8% to Rs 6.3 billion during the period as against Rs 7.6 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, RATNAMANI METALS reported 66.6% increase in net profit to Rs 2.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.5 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 53.9% to Rs 28 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of RATNAMANI METALS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 17.0x.
