Indian Stock Market Updates July 23, 2020

OBEROI REALTY Share Price Up by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 1.3%

OBEROI REALTY share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 401.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,595 (up 1.3%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is OBEROI REALTY (up 5.0%).

DLF (down 0.1%) and SOBHA LIMITED (down 0.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, OBEROI REALTY has moved down from Rs 549 to Rs 401, registering a loss of Rs 148 (down 27.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,112 to 1,595, loss of 517 points (down 24.7%) during the last 12 months.

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 38,161 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ASIAN PAINTS (up 2.4%), M&M (up 2.3%) and ITC (up 2.2%). Other gainers include KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 2.0%) and SBI (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and ICICI BANK.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,227 (up 0.6%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include EICHER MOTOR (up 3.7%), IOC (up 2.8%) and ZEE ENTERTAINMENT (up 2.5%). Other gainers include M&M (up 2.5%) and ASIAN PAINTS (up 2.5%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 38,031 to 38,161, registering a gain of 130 points (up 0.18%).

OBEROI REALTY Financial Update...

OBEROI REALTY net profit stood at Rs 792 million for the quarter ended December 2014, compared to a profit of Rs 681 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 27.3% to Rs 2.2 billion during the period as against Rs 1.7 billion in October-December 2013.
