HCL TECHNOLOGIES at 52 Week High; BSE 500 Index Down 0.9 %

HCL TECHNOLOGIES share price has hit a 52-week high at Rs 663 (up 1.6%).
Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 14,413 (down 0.9%).
Among the top gainers in the BSE 500 Index today are HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.6%) and MPHASIS (up 8.9%).
YES BANK (down 6.4%) and M&M FINANCIAL SERVICES (down 5.2%) are among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, HCL TECHNOLOGIES has moved up from Rs 506 to Rs 663, registering a gain of Rs 157 (up 31.04%).
The BSE 500 has moved down from 14,618 to 14,413, loss of 205 points (down 1.9%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 589.6%), GRANULES INDIA (up 233.9%) and MUTHOOT FINANCE (up 116.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 38,002 (down 0.8%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are RELIANCE IND. (up 3.2%), SUN PHARMA (up 1.8%) and HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.6%). Other gainers include TECH MAHINDRA (up 1.2%) and INFOSYS (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are RELIANCE IND. and SUN PHARMA.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,170 (down 0.8%). RELIANCE IND. (up 3.4%) and SUN PHARMA (up 1.8%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 37,983 to 38,002, registering a gain of 19 points (up -0.3%).
HCL TECHNOLOGIES Financial Update...
HCL TECHNOLOGIES net profit stood at Rs 32 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 29 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 2.5% to Rs 185.9 billion during the period as against Rs 181.4 billion in January-March 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, HCL TECHNOLOGIES reported 16.2% increase in net profit to Rs 101.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 87.1 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 19.5% to Rs 604 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of HCL TECHNOLOGIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 8.1x.
