IPCA LABS Share Price Up by 6%; BSE HEALTHCARE Index Up 1.9%

IPCA LABS share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 2,033.
Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE Index is at 18,650 (up 1.9%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE Index today are IPCA LABS (up 5.7%) and LAURUS LABS LTD (up 9.2%).
DR. LAL PATHLABS LTD (down 0.1%) and NARAYANA HRUDAYALAYA LTD (down 0.6%) are among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, IPCA LABS has moved up from Rs 955 to Rs 2,033, registering a gain of Rs 1,078 (up 108.6%).
On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE has moved up from 12,704 to 18,650, registering a gain of 5,946 points (up 46.6%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE Index stocks during this same period were GRANULES INDIA (up 226.8%), LAURUS LABS LTD (up 202.8%) and IPCA LABS (up 108.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 37,596 (down 1.1%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TITAN (up 3.8%), TATA STEEL (up 2.0%) and SBI (up 1.4%). Other gainers include SUN PHARMA (up 0.4%) and M&M . The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and SUN PHARMA.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,058 (down 1.0%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA MOTORS (up 4.9%), TITAN (up 3.8%) and HINDALCO (up 2.1%). Other gainers include TATA STEEL (up 1.9%) and DR. REDDYS LAB (up 1.6%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 37,481 to 37,596, registering a gain of 115 points (up -0.76%).
IPCA LABS Financial Update...
IPCA LABS net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 11.8% to Rs 10.0 billion during the period as against Rs 11.4 billion in January-March 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, IPCA LABS reported 84.7% increase in net profit to Rs 4.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 2.4 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 14.9% to Rs 38 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of IPCA LABS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 38.6x.
