HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES at 52 Week High; BSE 500 Index Down 0.9 %

HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES share price has hit a 52-week high at Rs 465 (up 1.5%).

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 14,842 (down 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE 500 Index today are HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.5%) and KPIT TECHNOLOGIES (up 5.5%).

EIH (down 6.2%) and SOMANY CERAMICS (down 6.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES has moved up from Rs 380 to Rs 465, registering a gain of Rs 85 (up 22.14%).

The BSE 500 has moved up from 14,078 to 14,842, registering a gain of 764 points (up 4.2%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were DEEPAK NITRITE (up 210.0%), VAIBHAV GLOBAL (up 118.9%) and DIVIS LABORATORIES (up 97.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 38,210 (down 0.6%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BHARTI AIRTEL (up 1.5%), HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.3%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 1.2%). Other gainers include ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.2%) and TCS (up 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ICICI BANK.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,302 (down 0.7%). GRASIM (up 2.0%) and CIPLA (up 1.9%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 36,564 to 38,210, registering a gain of 1,646 points (up 3.4%).

HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES Financial Update...

HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES net profit stood at Rs 2 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 3.7% to Rs 15.9 billion during the period as against Rs 15.3 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended December 2018, HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES reported 16.8% increase in net profit to Rs 5.8 billion compared to net profit of Rs 5.0 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 17.9% to Rs 46 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.4x.
