The BSE REALTY Index Down 2% ; SOBHA LIMITED Among Top Losers

The BSE REALTY Index has plunged 2% to 1,644.

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today are SOBHA LIMITED (down 3.7%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 3.5%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 3.1%). Other losers include INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 2.9%) and DLF (down 2.7%).

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 1.8%) and OMAXE LTD (up 0.5%) are among the top gainers today.

In the meantime, the NIFTY REALTY has plunged 2.2% to 209.

The top losers in the NIFTY REALTY include CONSOLIDATED CONST. (down 16.7%), LANCO INFRATECH (down 14.3%) and SIMPLEX PROJECTS (down 6.2%). Other losers include ALPINE HSG. (down 5.0%) and MBL INFRASTRUCTURES (down 5.0%).

Over the last one year, the BSE REALTY Index has moved down from 2,094 to 1,644, loss of Rs 450 (down 21.5%).

The top losers among the BSE REALTY during this same period were OMAXE LTD (down 65.6%), SOBHA LIMITED (down 57.9%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 44.9%).

What about the Benchmark Indices?

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex has plunged 1.3% to 37,304.

Among the top gainers in the BSE Sensex today .

The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex is NESTLE.

In the meantime, the NSE Nifty is at 11,015 (down 1.3%).
