MAHINDRA LIFESPACE Share Price Down by 10%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.2%

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE share price has plunged 10% and is presently trading at Rs 255.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,010 (up 0.2%).
Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today is MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 9.9%).
GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 1.1%) and SOBHA LIMITED (up 0.6%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, MAHINDRA LIFESPACE has moved down from Rs 387 to Rs 255, registering a loss of Rs 132 (down 34.1%)..
The BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,158 to 2,010, loss of 148 points (down 6.9%) during the last 12 months.
The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 24.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 44,325 (up 0.1%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are NTPC (up 2.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC and BAJAJ FINANCE.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 13,035 (up 0.2%). NTPC (up 2.6%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 40,889 to 44,325, registering a gain of 3,436 points (up 8.40%).
MAHINDRA LIFESPACE Financial Update...
MAHINDRA LIFESPACE net profit declined 34.9% YoY to Rs 135 million for the quarter ended June 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 207 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 81.8% to Rs 143.0 million during the period as against Rs 788.0 million in April-June 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, MAHINDRA LIFESPACE reported 21.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 460.0 million compared to net profit of Rs 586.0 million during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 4.7% to Rs 6 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of MAHINDRA LIFESPACE , based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 6.7x.
