BAJAJ ELECTRICALS at 52 Week High; BSE 500 Index Up 0.1%

BAJAJ ELECTRICALS share price has hit a 52-week high at Rs 635 (up 4.5%).

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 18,060 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE 500 Index today are BAJAJ ELECTRICALS (up 4.5%) and L&T TECHONOLOGY (up 13.6%).

DHFL (down 5.0%) and RELIANCE CAPITAL (down 4.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BAJAJ ELECTRICALS has moved up from Rs 327 to Rs 635, registering a gain of Rs 308 (up 94.20%).

The BSE 500 has moved up from 15,473 to 18,060, registering a gain of 2,587 points (up 16.5%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were LAURUS LABS (up 399.6%), NAVIN FLUORINE (up 178.7%) and SUZLON ENERGY (up 138.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 47,026 (up 0.1%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are INFOSYS (up 2.9%), HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 2.4%) and BAJAJ AUTO (up 2.1%). Other gainers include TCS (up 1.8%) and ASIAN PAINTS (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ICICI BANK.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 13,771 . INFOSYS (up 2.8%) and DR. REDDYS LAB (up 2.3%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 40,939 to 47,026, registering a gain of 6,087 points (up 14.6%).

BAJAJ ELECTRICALS Financial Update...

BAJAJ ELECTRICALS net profit down at Rs 0 million for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 155 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 1.4% to Rs 13.0 billion during the period as against Rs 12.8 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, BAJAJ ELECTRICALS reported 9.8% decrease in net profit to Rs 1.6 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.7 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 41.6% to Rs 67 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BAJAJ ELECTRICALS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 50022.4x.
