Indian Stock Market Updates December 31, 2020

OBEROI REALTY at 52 Week High; BSE 500 Index Up 0.1%

OBEROI REALTY share price has hit a 52-week high at Rs 584 (up 2.3%).

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 18,321 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE 500 Index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 2.3%) and ADVANCED ENZYME TECHNOLOGIES (up 5.4%).

INDIA CEMENTS (down 4.3%) and CORPORATION BANK (down 3.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, OBEROI REALTY has moved up from Rs 528 to Rs 584, registering a gain of Rs 56 (up 10.09%).

The BSE 500 has moved up from 15,748 to 18,321, registering a gain of 2,573 points (up 16.3%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 577.2%), LAURUS LABS (up 394.4%) and SUZLON ENERGY (up 250.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 47,810 (up 0.1%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ICICI BANK (up 1.0%), HDFC (up 1.0%) and SUN PHARMA (up 0.6%). Other gainers include RELIANCE IND. (up 0.4%) and ONGC (up 0.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ONGC and RELIANCE IND..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 13,998 (up 0.1%). HDFC (up 1.1%) and DR. REDDYS LAB (up 1.1%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,558 to 47,810, registering a gain of 6,252 points (up 15.0%).

OBEROI REALTY Financial Update...

OBEROI REALTY net profit stood at Rs 792 million for the quarter ended December 2014, compared to a profit of Rs 681 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 27.3% to Rs 2.2 billion during the period as against Rs 1.7 billion in October-December 2013.
