Indian Stock Market Updates January 19, 2021

PRESTIGE ESTATES Share Price Up by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 4.7%

PRESTIGE ESTATES share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 294.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,698 (up 4.7%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 5.4%) and DLF (up 6.5%).

Over the last one year, PRESTIGE ESTATES has moved down from Rs 359 to Rs 294, registering a loss of Rs 65 (down 18.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved up from 2,454 to 2,698, registering a gain of 244 points (up 9.6%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 43.6%), DLF (up 15.2%) and SOBHA (up 5.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 49,060 (up 0.8%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ONGC (up 2.2%), L&T (up 2.0%) and ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.9%). Other gainers include RELIANCE IND. (up 1.7%) and AXIS BANK (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ONGC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,424 (up 0.9%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA MOTORS (up 4.4%), GRASIM (up 4.3%) and SBI LIFE INSURANCE (up 2.5%). Other gainers include ONGC (up 2.1%) and ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.9%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,873 to 49,060, registering a gain of 7,187 points (up 16.91%).
