TECHNO ELECTRIC Plunges by 5%; BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index Up 0.4%

TECHNO ELECTRIC share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 286.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index is at 18,434 (up 0.4%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index today is TECHNO ELECTRIC (down 5.2%).

RELIANCE NAVAL & ENGINEERING LTD (up 2.7%) and MAHINDRA CIE AUTO. (up 1.3%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, TECHNO ELECTRIC has moved down from Rs 369 to Rs 286, registering a loss of Rs 83 (down 22.6%)..

The BSE CAPITAL GOODS has moved up from 18,114 to 18,434, registering a gain of 320 points (up 1.8%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index stocks during this same period were GRAPHITE INDIA (up 281.3%), AIA ENGINEERING (up 35.4%) and HAVELLS IND (up 29.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 38,017 (up 0.3%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are SBI (up 1.2%), M&M (up 1.0%) and WIPRO (up 0.9%). Other gainers include ADANI PORTS & SEZ (up 0.9%) and TATA MOTORS DVR (up 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,477 (up 0.3%). COAL INDIA (up 1.1%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 31,882 to 38,017, registering a gain of 6,135 points (up 19.2%).
