More than a century of history, heritage, opulence, and fortitude...

Taj Mahal Palace Hotel has always held a special charm for me. I remember as an MBA student coming from Pune to Mumbai for a summer internship interview. With just one day in hand, my time in the 'maximum city' was constrained. But I knew I had to see Gateway and Taj. At the Taj, I had my first brush with a celebrity - Yana Gupta in the ladies' room.

I was star struck... and never did I think I would someday have the privilege to address an esteemed gathering at the Taj's banquet hall.

It is here that the ideas are conceived and gaps are filled...where we learn exactly what our subscribers need. Over the last few years, my conversations with you have also helped to refine our processes.
