Is the Bull Run Entering Dangerous Territory?

The Dalal Street party is getting a little wild. So says one of India's leading business dailies.

And it has flagged some legitimate concerns. The most important being earnings. Even though markets are testing new highs, earnings growth during 4QFY17 has been anything but impressive.

Further, the gains over the past few months have made India among the most expensive markets in the world.

The bulls, though, are not taking it lying down. They reckon sooner or later earnings will recover. And when they do, valuations may not look all that stretched. And let's not forget the record money that's pouring in from domestic institutional investors because of strong inflows into mutual funds.

So which is it? Should we listen to the bears and wait for a correction? Or should we run with the bulls?
