Interim results exclude extraordinary / exceptional items
Year-on-Year Performance:
- The company's operating income during the quarter grew 14.7% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis. The expenses were up by 10.7% YoY during the same period.
- The company's operating profit declined by 53.1% YoY during the quarter. Consequently, operating profit margins witnessed a decline and stood at 4.0% in 3QFY21 as against 9.8% in 3QFY20.
- Depreciation charges increased by 17.2% and finance costs declined by 72.0% YoY, respectively.
- Other income increased by 3.7% YoY during the quarter.
- Net profit for the quarter declined by 59.0% YoY. Net profit margins during the quarter declined from 1.3% in 3QFY20 to 0.5% in 3QFY21.
Quarter-on-Quarter Performance:
- The company's operating income during the quarter grew 11.6% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis. The expenses were up by 5.5% QoQ during the same period.
- The company's operating profit declined by 121.7% QoQ during the quarter. Consequently, operating profit margins witnessed a growth and stood at 4.0% in 3QFY21 as against 20.7% in 2QFY20.
- Net profit for the quarter increased by 101.7% QoQ, while net profit margins increased from -30.5% in 2QFY20 to 0.5% in 3QFY21.

ZYDUS WELLNESS Share Price Performance
