Year-on-Year Performance:

The company's operating income during the quarter fell 0.3% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis. The expenses were up by 1.6% YoY during the same period.
The company's operating profit declined by 10.1% YoY during the quarter. Consequently, operating profit margins witnessed a decline and stood at 13.2% in 1QFY20 as against 14.6% in 1QFY19.
Depreciation charges declined by 7.9% and finance costs increased by 6.1% YoY, respectively.
Other income increased by 482.3% YoY during the quarter.
Net profit for the quarter increased by 147.9% YoY. Net profit margins during the quarter increased from -8.7% in 1QFY19 to 3.7% in 1QFY20.

Quarter-on-Quarter Performance:

The company's operating income during the quarter grew 14.7% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis. The expenses were up by 15.4% QoQ during the same period.
The company's operating profit increased by 123.7% QoQ during the quarter. Consequently, operating profit margins witnessed a growth and stood at 13.2% in 1QFY20 as against 63.6% in 4QFY19.
Net profit for the quarter increased by 106.3% QoQ, while net profit margins increased from -70.8% in 4QFY19 to 3.7% in 1QFY20.

Over the last one year,DEN NETWORKS share price has moved up from Rs 56.2 to Rs 65.9, registering a Gain of Rs 9.8 or around 17.4%.
