Starting as the Head of Quality Control, she gradually but deservingly moved up to head the entire Customer Service effort at Equitymaster.
Over the years, she worked with complete dedication to take Equitymaster to the next level by guiding all her colleagues and subscribers alike. All while juggling her life efficiently between work and her two lovely daughters.
She took charge as the Chief Operating Officer of Equitymaster in 2021 and is responsible for major operational transformations.
