A volatile day of trading


Indian equity markets closed weak today. While the BSE Sensex closed lower by 28 points, the NSE-Nifty lost 14 points.

Indian share markets remain volatile. The Sensex is trading 20 points up and the NSE-Nifty is trading down marginally. FMCG, banking and IT stocks are trading in the green. Among the stocks HUL & HDFC Bank are the biggest gainers.

Indian share markets remain in red. BSE Sensex is down by 28 points.

Indian share markets opened the day on a positive note. The Sensex today is trading higher by around 177 points. Among the stocks leading the gains are Jindal Steel and Gas Authority of India Ltd.
