PFC Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Power Finance Corporation (PFC) came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

For Q4FY26, Power Finance Corporation (PFC) reported a 10.8% YoY increase in net profit to Rs 70.0 bn, compared with Rs 63.2 bn in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. However, the NBFC's revenue from operations declined 1.2% YoY to Rs 289.2 bn from Rs 292.7 bn reported a year ago.

PFC's EBITDA rose 5.0% YoY to Rs 285.0 bn in Q4FY26, up from Rs 271.2 bn in the year-ago quarter. The company's EBITDA margin expanded nearly 590 basis points to 98.6% from 92.7% on a YoY basis.

Further, the company announced that its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.95 per equity share (subject to TDS deduction) on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each for FY26, subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming AGM.

Cipla Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Cipla came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

In Q4FY26, Cipla reported total income from operations of Rs 65.4 bn, down 2.8% YoY from Rs 67.3 bn in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company's EBITDA declined 35.2% YoY to Rs 10.0 bn in the March 2026 quarter, compared with Rs 15.4 bn a year earlier. EBITDA margin contracted to 15.2% from 22.8% in the year-ago period.

Profit after tax (PAT) came in at Rs 5.6 bn, marking a 54.6% decline from Rs 12.2 bn reported in Q4FY25.

For the full FY26, Cipla's revenue from operations rose 2.2% YoY to Rs 281.6 bn from Rs 275.5 bn in FY25. However, annual EBITDA declined 17.0% to Rs 59.3 bn, compared with Rs 71.3 bn in the previous fiscal year.

HPCL Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Hindustan Petrioleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

The company's consolidated total income rose marginally to Rs 1.24 tn during the reporting quarter, up from Rs 1.19 tn in the year-ago period.

HPCL's gross refining margin (GRM) improved significantly to US$14.27 per barrel in Q4FY26 from US$8.44 per barrel in Q4FY25.

HPCL reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 6.1 bn in Q4FY26, compared with Rs 3.4 bn in the corresponding quarter of FY25.

Meanwhile, the company's board declared a final dividend of Rs 19.25 per equity share of face value Rs 10 for FY26 and fixed August 14 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility.

Tata Power Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Tata Power are in focus today after the company reported itsQ4 FY26 results.

Revenue from operations fell around 13% YoY to Rs 14.9 billion (bn), while total expenses declined 8%.

Consolidated net profit for Tata Power declined to Rs 1.0 bn from Rs 1.04 bn a year earlier, primarily due to a 39% drop in profit from the hydro and thermal power segments.

The company's 4 GW imported coal-fired plant in Gujarat, which had remained shut since August last year after the government withdrew emergency compensation for power generated using costly imported coal, resumed operations in April.

Domestic coal continued to remain a more economical option as disruptions in liquefied natural gas supplies and lower gas-based power generation are expected to increase dependence on coal-fired power generation.

Torrent Power Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Torrent Power came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

Revenue from operations slipped 0.8% YoY to Rs 64.1 bn from Rs 64.6 bn.

Torrent Power reported a 70% YoY decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 3.18 bn for the quarter ended March 2026, compared with Rs 10.60 bn in the corresponding quarter last year.

For FY26, the company's net profit declined 19.1% to Rs 24.2 bn versus Rs 29.9 bn in FY25.

Annual revenue also edged lower by 0.7% to Rs 289.7 bn, compared with Rs 291.7 bn in the previous financial year.

Nazara Technologies Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Nazara Technologies came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

Nazara Technologies reported a strong improvement in profitability for Q4FY26, with consolidated net profit rising nearly threefold YoY to Rs 0.47 bn from Rs 0.16 bn in Q4FY25, supported partly by a sharp increase in other income. On a sequential basis, profit surged almost fivefold from Rs 0.10 bn in Q3FY26.

Revenue from operations, however, declined 23.5% YoY to Rs 3.98 bn in Q4FY26, compared with Rs 5.20 bn a year earlier. Sequentially, revenue slipped 2% from Rs 4.06 bn reported in Q3FY26.

Other income rose significantly to Rs 0.51 bn during the quarter, up from Rs 0.19 bn in Q4FY25 and Rs 0.11 bn in the preceding quarter.

Meanwhile, total expenses declined 28.8% YoY to Rs 3.75 bn from Rs 5.28 bn and were down 6.7% sequentially from Rs 4.02 bn in Q3FY26.

Sasken Technologies Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Urban Company came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

The company's consolidated revenue surged 125% year-on-year to Rs 3.34 bn (bn) in the March quarter. Net profit also jumped 125% to Rs 0.27 bn, compared to Rs 0.11 bn in the same quarter last year.

Consolidated EBIT increased 559.7% year-on-year and 48.9% sequentially to Rs 0.23 bn. EBIT margin for the quarter stood at 6.8%.

The company said its services business continued to perform steadily, supported by increasing Global Capability Center (GCC) engagements and stronger participation in long-term engineering programmes.

The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 13 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Syrma SGS Technology Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Syrma SGS Technology came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

Revenue increased 58.49% to Rs 14.65 bn from Rs 9.24 bn year-on-year.

The company's net profit rose 54.63% to Rs 1.01 bn in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 0.65 bn in the same quarter last year.

For the full financial year FY26, net profit jumped 87.07% to Rs 3.18 bn, compared to Rs 1.70 bn in FY25.

Annual revenue grew 27.26% to Rs 48.19 bn from Rs 37.87 bn in the previous year.

HG Infra Secures Large Infrastructure Contract

Shares of HG Infra Engineering came into focus after the company said that it has secured order worth Rs 39.31 bn from Welspun Enterprises.

The project involves building a 6-lane highway, including partially elevated sections, and upgrading the existing road from Km 10+600 to Km 64+000 on the Pune-Shirur stretch of NH-753F in Maharashtra. The total design length of the project is at least 53.40 km.

The execution timeline for the project is 36 months.

H.G. Infra Engineering is an Indian infrastructure firm focused on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services. The company primarily works on roads, bridges, flyovers, and other infrastructure construction and maintenance projects.
