Although the benchmark indices opened higher, they traded negative throughout the session and ultimately closed red.

Indian equity benchmarks indices, Sensex and Nifty50 ended lower due to fag-end selling after the domestic currency hit a new low against the US dollar, and crude oil prices rose.

At the closing bell, the BSE Sensex  closed 160 points lower (down 0.2%)

Meanwhile, the NSE Nifty closed 46 points lower (down 0.1%)

Carborundum Universal Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Carborundum Universal came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

For the quarter, Carborundum Universal reported a 13% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 13.8 billion (bn), compared with Rs 12.0 bn in Q4FY25.

However, the company posted a net loss of Rs 0.4 bn during the quarter, versus a net profit of Rs 0.3 bn in the year-ago period. Expenses increased 17% year-on-year to Rs 13.3 bn from Rs 11.3 bn.

The company's board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for the year ended 31 March 2026.

Shadowfax Technologies Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Shadowfax Technologies came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

In Q4FY26, Shadowfax Technologies reported revenue of Rs 12,370 million (m), marking a 73.6% year-on-year increase from Rs 7,120 m in the corresponding quarter last year. Adjusted Ebitda surged 1,051% to Rs 580 m, compared with Rs 50 m in Q4FY25.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 560 m during the quarter, against a net loss of Rs 100 m in the year-ago period.

Shadowfax delivered a combined 226 m orders across express parcel and hyperlocal segments, with shipment volumes rising 100.8% YoY and 10% QoQ.

For FY26, revenue increased 66.4% YoY to Rs 42,020 m from Rs 24,850 m in FY25. Net profit stood at Rs 1,120 m. The company also reported net cash generated from operating activities of Rs 3,500 m for FY26.

GE Shipping Company Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Great Eastern Shipping Company came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

Revenue, including other income, rose 35% YoY to Rs 18.6 bn during the quarter, against Rs 13.7 bn a year ago. EBITDA stood at Rs 12.9 bn, up from Rs 7.2 bn in the year-ago period.

The company reported a more than 180% YoY increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 10.4 bn in Q4FY26, compared with Rs 3.6 bn in the corresponding quarter last year.

For FY26, the company posted a net profit of Rs 29.4 bn, compared with Rs 23.4 bn in FY25. Revenue for the year came in at Rs 63.1 bn versus Rs 61.6 bn in the previous fiscal year.

Tata Motors PV Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles are in focus today after the company reported itsQ4 FY26 results.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported a 32% year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 57.8 billion (bn) in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 84.7 bn in the same period last year.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose 7% YoY to Rs 1.05 trillion during the quarter.

The board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for the financial year 2025-2026, subject to approval of shareholders.

HUDCO Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

The company reported strong operational growth in Q4FY26, with consolidated revenue rising 25.3% YoY to Rs 35.6 bn, compared to Rs 28.5 bn in Q4FY25.

Net interest income (NII) increased 16.6% YoY to Rs 11.5 bn from Rs 9.6 bn in the corresponding quarter last year.

However, profitability was impacted by higher expenses, mainly due to a net loss on fair value changes of Rs 4.7 bn during Q4FY26, compared to nil in the year-ago period and Rs 2.9 bn in Q3FY26.

Despite this, consolidated net profit surged 172% YoY to Rs 19.8 bn from Rs 7.2 bn in Q4FY25, largely driven by a deferred tax credit of Rs 15.3 bn, which significantly reduced the company's tax outgo.

For the full year FY26, total revenue stood at Rs 131.5 bn, registering a 27.5% increase compared to Rs 103.1 bn in FY25.

HCLTech Partners Red Hat for Enterprise AI

HCLTech has partnered with Red Hat to help enterprises deploy and manage AI applications more efficiently across data centers, cloud, and edge environments.

In the March 2026 quarter, Sharda Cropchem reported revenue from operations of Rs 20.65 bn, up 13% from Rs 18.29 bn in the year-ago period. The growth was supported by 4.3% volume growth and a favourable product mix.

The company recorded strong volume growth across Europe and LATAM markets. Agrochemical volumes rose 4.5% in Q4FY26, while non-agrochemical volumes declined 2.3%.

Its EBITDA jumped 75% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 5.13 bn, compared to Rs 2.93 bn in Q4FY25. EBITDA margins stood at 24.8%, while gross margins improved by 750 basis points to 37.3%.

Profit after tax (PAT) rose 57% to Rs 3.19 bn from Rs 2.04 bn in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 9 per equity share.

Balaji Amines Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Balaji Amines came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

Revenue from operations grew 12% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 39.48 bn from Rs 35.27 bn.

Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 40.25 bn versus Rs 36.08 bn last year, while total expenses rose to Rs 31.67 bn from Rs 30.68 bn.

In the March quarter, the company reported a 57.7% rise in net profit to Rs 6.32 bn, compared to Rs 4.01 bn a year ago.

The board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 11 per equity share, or 550% on the face value of Rs 2 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting.

LIC Housing Finance Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of LIC Housing Finance came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

The company's net interest income (NII) increased 3% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 22.22 bn from Rs 21.65 bn in Q4FY25. However, net interest margin (NIM) narrowed by 5 basis points to 2.80% during the quarter.

Total income declined 1% to Rs 71.94 bn from Rs 72.81 bn in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Total disbursements rose 10% to Rs 210.19 bn in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 191.56 bn a year ago. Individual home loan disbursements grew 8% YoY, while non-housing individual loans surged 25%. Project loans, however, declined 3%.

In Q4FY26, LIC Housing Finance reported a 9% rise in net profit to Rs 14.97 bn , compared to Rs 13.68 bn in the year-ago period.
