COROMANDEL INTERN Share Price Down by 6%; BSE 500 Index Up 2.4%

COROMANDEL INTERN share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 852.
Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 19,246 (up 2.4%).
Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are COROMANDEL INTERN (down 6.3%) and BALRAMPUR CHINI (down 7.2%).
TATA MOTORS DVR (up 16.5%) and TATA MOTORS (up 15.0%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, COROMANDEL INTERN has moved up from Rs 618 to Rs 852, registering a gain of Rs 233 (up 37.7%)..
The BSE 500 has moved up from 15,892 to 19,246, registering a gain of 3,354 points (up 21.1%) during the last 12 months.
The top buzzing stocks among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 455.1%), LAURUS LABS (up 296.4%) and DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 263.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 50,154 (up 2.6%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 6.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ITC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,732 (up 2.7%). TATA MOTORS (up 15.0%) and SHREE CEMENT (up 7.5%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,199 to 50,154, registering a gain of 8,955 points (up 20.98%).
COROMANDEL INTERN Financial Update...
COROMANDEL INTERN net profit down at Rs 2 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 3 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 12.5% to Rs 28.7 billion during the period as against Rs 32.8 billion in January-March 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, COROMANDEL INTERN reported 7.5% increase in net profit to Rs 7.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 6.9 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 18.9% to Rs 132 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of COROMANDEL INTERN, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 21.4x.
