DEEPAK NITRITE Share Price Down by 5%; BSE 500 Index Down 0.6%

DEEPAK NITRITE share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,313.
Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 20,024 (down 0.6%).
Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are DEEPAK NITRITE (down 5.1%) and INDIAN BANK (down 5.1%).
GIC OF INDIA (up 20.0%) and THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE (up 13.8%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, DEEPAK NITRITE has moved up from Rs 454 to Rs 1,313, registering a gain of Rs 859 (up 189.1%)..
The BSE 500 has moved up from 15,684 to 20,024, registering a gain of 4,340 points (up 27.7%) during the last 12 months.
The top buzzing stocks among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 460.4%), DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 333.9%) and LAURUS LABS (up 318.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 51,433 (down 0.5%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are NTPC (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are NTPC and INDUSIND BANK.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,144 (down 0.5%). UPL (up 2.6%) and GAIL (up 2.4%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,056 to 51,433, registering a gain of 10,377 points (up 24.42%).
DEEPAK NITRITE Financial Update...
DEEPAK NITRITE net profit down at Rs 636 million for the quarter ended June 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 1 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 40.1% to Rs 3.5 billion during the period as against Rs 5.8 billion in April-June 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, DEEPAK NITRITE reported 119.8% increase in net profit to Rs 1.7 billion compared to net profit of Rs 790.0 million during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 61.1% to Rs 27 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of DEEPAK NITRITE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 34.0x.
