INDIABULLS REAL EST Share Price Up by 11%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.6%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has zoomed 11% and is presently trading at Rs 87.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,607 (up 2.6%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 11.2%).

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved up from Rs 80 to Rs 87, registering a gain of Rs 8 (up 9.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved up from 2,232 to 2,607, registering a gain of 375 points (up 15.8%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 61.9%), OBEROI REALTY (up 16.7%) and DLF (up 10.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 48,558 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TATA STEEL (up 4.7%), POWER GRID (up 2.5%) and BHARTI AIRTEL (up 2.1%). Other gainers include L&T (up 2.0%) and INDUSIND BANK (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ONGC and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,256 (up 0.6%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA STEEL (up 5.1%), HINDALCO (up 3.6%) and JSW STEEL (up 2.7%). Other gainers include BHARTI AIRTEL (up 2.5%) and POWER GRID (up 2.5%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 40,677 to 48,558, registering a gain of 7,881 points (up 19.02%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 493 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 90.6% to Rs 1.2 billion during the period as against Rs 12.3 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 78.8% decrease in net profit to Rs 5.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 23.6 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 9.8% to Rs 49 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 32.1x.
