ORACLE FINANCIAL Share Price Up by 5%; BSE IT Index Down 1.5%

ORACLE FINANCIAL share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 2,876.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT Index is at 15,113 (down 1.5%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE IT Index today is ORACLE FINANCIAL (up 5.1%).

TATA ELXSI (down 0.2%) and ECLERX SERVICES (down 0.3%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ORACLE FINANCIAL has moved down from Rs 3,178 to Rs 2,876, registering a loss of Rs 302 (down 9.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT has moved down from 15,821 to 15,113, loss of 708 points (down 5.8%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT Index stocks during this same period were INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 34.8%), L&T INFOTECH LTD (up 8.1%) and NIIT TECHNOLOGIES (up 6.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 35,017 (down 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are HDFC BANK (up 2.2%), KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 1.7%) and M&M (up 1.5%). Other gainers include HUL (up 1.4%) and BHARTI AIRTEL (up 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and HDFC BANK.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,334 (down 0.5%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include HDFC BANK (up 2.3%), KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 1.9%) and BRITANNIA (up 1.8%). Other gainers include CIPLA (up 1.6%) and M&M (up 1.5%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,592 to 35,017, registering a loss of 4,575 points (down 11.56%).

ORACLE FINANCIAL Financial Update...

ORACLE FINANCIAL net profit down at Rs 3 billion for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 5 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 8.9% to Rs 12.6 billion during the period as against Rs 11.6 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2017, ORACLE FINANCIAL reported 16.6% increase in net profit to Rs 12.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 10.7 billion during FY16.

Revenue of the company grew 7.1% to Rs 44 billion during FY17.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ORACLE FINANCIAL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 18.7x.
