The BSE REALTY Index Down 4% ; INDIABULLS REAL EST Among Top Losers

The BSE REALTY Index has plunged 4% to 1,839.
Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 16.8%), DLF LTD (down 6.1%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 4.7%). Other losers include UNITECH (down 3.9%) and HOUSING DEV. INFRA (down 3.7%).
OBEROI REALTY (up 2.4%) and SOBHA LIMITED (up 1.2%) are among the top gainers today.
In the meantime, the NIFTY REALTY has plunged 4.3% to 235.
The top losers in the NIFTY REALTY include MVL LTD. (down 20.0%), INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 19.3%) and LANCO INFRATECH (down 14.3%). Other losers include ANSAL PROPERTIES (down 10.2%) and ASHIANA HOUSING (down 9.5%).
Over the last one year, the BSE REALTY Index has moved down from 2,000 to 1,839, loss of Rs 161 (down 8.0%).
The top losers among the BSE REALTY during this same period were HOUSING DEV. INFRA (down 60.2%), UNITECH (down 59.9%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 51.6%).
What about the Benchmark Indices?
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex has surged 0.1% to 36,586.
Among the top gainers in the BSE Sensex today are SUN PHARMA (up 2.7%), INFOSYS LTD (up 2.4%) and HIND. UNILEVER (up 1.9%). Other gainers include AXIS BANK (up 1.8%) and ASIAN PAINTS (up 1.6%).
The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are AXIS BANK and ITC LTD.
In the meantime, the NSE Nifty is at 11,049 (down 0.3%).
