INDIABULLS REAL EST Plunges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 2.7%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 74.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,030 (down 2.7%).
Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today is INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 5.3%).
PHOENIX MILL (up 2.1%) is among the top gainer today.
Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved down from Rs 147 to Rs 74, registering a loss of Rs 74 (down 49.9%)..
The BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,149 to 2,030, loss of 119 points (down 5.5%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 26.3%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 18.4%) and PHOENIX MILL (up 3.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 37,407 (down 0.3%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are HERO MOTOCORP (up 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are MARUTI SUZUKI and INFOSYS.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,034 (down 0.4%). HERO MOTOCORP (up 1.1%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 38,279 to 37,407, registering a gain of -872 points (up -2.7%).
INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...
INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended June 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 34.2% to Rs 8.4 billion during the period as against Rs 12.7 billion in April-June 2018.
For the year ended March 2018, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 460.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.5 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 155.4% to Rs 59 billion during FY18.
The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 11.4x.
