The BSE Sensex is at 40,195 (down 0.7%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.2%), NTPC (up 0.9%) and ONGC (up 0.6%). Other gainers include POWER GRID (up 0.5%) and HUL (up 0.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HCL TECHNOLOGIES and SBI.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,743 (down 0.7%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include YES BANK (up 4.3%), ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.2%) and NTPC (up 1.1%). Other gainers include COAL INDIA (up 0.9%) and POWER GRID (up 0.6%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 36,213 to 40,195, registering a gain of 3,982 points (up 10.5%).
SANOFI INDIA net profit stood at Rs 1 billion for the quarter ended September 2019, compared to a profit of Rs 793 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 7.3% to Rs 7.8 billion during the period as against Rs 7.3 billion in July-September 2018.
For the year ended December 2018, SANOFI INDIA reported 16.7% increase in net profit to Rs 3.8 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.3 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 11.2% to Rs 28 billion during FY18.
