SREI INFRA FINANCE Plunges by 8%; BSE 500 Index Down 3.9%

SREI INFRA FINANCE share price has plunged 8% and is presently trading at Rs 6.

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 14,159 (down 3.9%).

Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are SREI INFRA FINANCE (down 8.4%) and 3M INDIA (down 6.4%).

YES BANK (up 31.8%) and VODAFONE IDEA (up 28.4%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, SREI INFRA FINANCE has moved down from Rs 31 to Rs 6, registering a loss of Rs 24 (down 79.1%)..

The BSE 500 has moved down from 14,618 to 14,159, loss of 459 points (down 3.1%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 288.0%), GUJARAT GAS (up 119.8%) and NAVIN FLUORINE (up 114.9%).

SREI INFRA FINANCE Financial Update...

SREI INFRA FINANCE net profit down at Rs 427 million for the quarter ended June 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 914 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 2.4% to Rs 15.8 billion during the period as against Rs 16.2 billion in April-June 2018.

For the year ended March 2018, SREI INFRA FINANCE reported 64.7% increase in net profit to Rs 4.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 2.4 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 12.7% to Rs 52 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SREI INFRA FINANCE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 0.7x.
