PRESTIGE ESTATES Share Price Up by 7%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.7%

PRESTIGE ESTATES share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 219.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,638 (up 2.7%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 6.9%).

GODREJ PROPERTIES (down 0.1%) and OMAXE LTD (down 5.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, PRESTIGE ESTATES has moved down from Rs 285 to Rs 219, registering a loss of Rs 66 (down 23.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,234 to 1,638, loss of 596 points (down 26.7%) during the last 12 months.

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 36,662 (up 1.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are M&M (up 6.9%), BAJAJ FINANCE (up 5.6%) and RELIANCE IND. (up 3.2%). Other gainers include MARUTI SUZUKI (up 3.1%) and TCS (up 2.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ONGC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,811 (up 1.5%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include M&M (up 7.3%), BAJAJ FINANCE (up 5.4%) and HINDALCO (up 5.2%). Other gainers include TATA MOTORS (up 4.8%) and VEDANTA LTD (up 3.9%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 39,839 to 36,662, registering a loss of 3,177 points (down 8.42%).
