OBEROI REALTY Share Price Up by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 1.2%

OBEROI REALTY share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 385.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,650 (up 1.2%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is OBEROI REALTY (up 5.2%).
SOBHA LIMITED (down 0.5%) and PHOENIX MILL (down 0.5%) are among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, OBEROI REALTY has moved down from Rs 538 to Rs 385, registering a loss of Rs 153 (down 28.7%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,028 to 1,650, loss of 378 points (down 18.8%) during the last 12 months.

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 38,517 (up 0.3%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TITAN (up 2.2%), KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 1.5%) and L&T (up 1.4%). Other gainers include M&M (up 1.3%) and HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ICICI BANK.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,359 (up 0.4%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include HINDALCO (up 3.5%), TITAN (up 2.4%) and CIPLA (up 2.1%). Other gainers include TATA MOTORS (up 1.7%) and KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (up 1.6%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 36,958 to 38,517, registering a gain of 1,559 points (up 4.09%).
OBEROI REALTY Financial Update...
OBEROI REALTY net profit stood at Rs 792 million for the quarter ended December 2014, compared to a profit of Rs 681 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 27.3% to Rs 2.2 billion during the period as against Rs 1.7 billion in October-December 2013.
