DLF Share Price Up by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 3.6%

DLF share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 156.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,715 (up 3.6%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today are DLF (up 5.4%) and SUNTECK REALTY (up 10.9%).

Over the last one year, DLF has moved down from Rs 179 to Rs 156, registering a loss of Rs 23 (down 13.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,051 to 1,715, loss of 336 points (down 16.9%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were PHOENIX MILL (up 2.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 38,292 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ONGC (up 2.7%), ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.6%) and TITAN (up 1.5%). Other gainers include RELIANCE IND. (up 1.5%) and INFOSYS (up 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are NTPC and ONGC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,322 (up 0.6%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include GRASIM (up 5.5%), ONGC (up 2.6%) and EICHER MOTOR (up 2.3%). Other gainers include ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.8%) and TITAN (up 1.7%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 37,402 to 38,292, registering a gain of 890 points (up 2.25%).

DLF Financial Update...

DLF net profit down at Rs 2 billion for the quarter ended June 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 59.1% to Rs 5.5 billion during the period as against Rs 13.4 billion in April-June 2019.

For the year ended March 2018, DLF reported 1305.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 44.7 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.7 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 18.4% to Rs 67 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DLF, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 15.4x.
